Welcome to Hope Studio

We’re here to help you slow down, unwind & restore balance.

A city centre yoga and wellness studio with an emphasis on creating harmony for body and mind. It’s never too late to begin or re-ignite your yoga journey.

Currently, we are on a Summer break. No online or in person classes at the moment.

This pandemic has been really hard on us and we are taking some time to regroup and get ready for reopening in new studio space in late summer.
