Chi + Yoga Masterclass

Qi gong (sometimes written as Chi kung) is an ancient, introspective practice, from which Tai Chi is derived. Qi (or Chi) means ‘energy’ and gong means ‘work’, so Qi gong literally means energy work – in other words, working to cultivate or replenish our internal energy (or life force), and to get energy flowing through the body.

In this masterclass, we will combine Qi gong techniques, such as tapping and visualisation, with a short Yin Yoga flow, to replenish our Qi, gently wake up the body, and start the day feeling energised and focused – setting ourselves up for a great day!
