Intro to Arm Balances: Crow Pose with Emma

A foundational pose for first time arm-balancers, this 90-min workshop breaks down the mechanics of Bakasana (crow pose).

We begin with a vinyasa style flow to warm up and prepare us before we take flight. We will then explore fun drills to activate the muscles used in crow, break down the mechanics of the pose and build your understanding of it to confidently lift off. There will be lots of time for practice and a well earned warm down and relaxation to finish.
