Introduction to Inversions

Whether you’re just starting to build strength to come upside down or you’re wanting to learn the techniques, this workshop is for you!

You will learn how to condition your body for headstands and what to work on to get that stability when you’re up.

This 2-hour workshop is suitable for complete beginners or people who have been practicing Yoga for a while but are wanting to start their inversion journey. If you are unsure, feel free to get in touch!
