To celebrate the seasonal transition marked by the Autumn Equinox, you are invited to an evening of grounding and nourishing Yin Yoga and Pranayama (breathwork).

To mark this turning point in the Wheel of the Year, we will explore postures that target the meridians (energy channels) of the Earth & Metal elements, grounding Pranayama, followed by a relaxing Yoga Nidra in our cosy, candlelit studio.
