Zen Mindfulness & Meditation Online Taster Session

During this taster session you will be introduced to the basic principles of the Mindfulness and Meditation techniques that we will explore in depth during the 8-week course, scheduled to start on 1st February, and you will have the opportunity to try out some of the techniques on your own.
This will give you a better understanding of what these techniques are about so that you can start to build your own practice foundation.
You will also have the opportunity to discuss any doubts you might have about your practice or the techniques with Patricia.
