Yin Yoga for the Winter Solstice is a quiet and soothing practice. A space to pause, reflect and stretch.
We will work with the meridians or energy channels of winter, offering supported backbends and easeful folds.
Expect in long, passive holds; balancing Pranayama and comforting Yoga Nidra.
