Candlelit Restorative Yoga
and Deep Relaxation with Seasonal Yoga Nidra

A cosy evening to rest and restore with Camila Putti.
You probably have noticed that with the change of the season, the body wants to rest more. It is natural and coherent with the energy of Autumn. The challenge is that with all the stimuli and stress of modern life, it can be difficult to find the time, space or conditions to rest and restore deeply.
This evening is for you to slow down and enjoy a quiet time of rest and mindfulness. We will use bolsters, blankets and any other props needed to support your body into restorative yoga poses. While you stay in the pose, you will be guided to immerse yourself into deep and mindful breathing. This restorative yoga practice will be followed by 30 minutes seasonal yoga nidra.
This class is accessible and suitable to all levels of fitness. Beginners are welcome. Basically, if you have been feeling tired, stressed or overwhelmed, you will benefit immensely from this deep relaxation.
Yoga mats and props are provided. Tea and water will be available.
