Friday Fiver Yoga
In the effort to make yoga as accessible as we can, we are launching the Friday Fiver Yoga. This slow flow Yoga class is suitable for beginners, with focus on mindful movement and relaxation at a reduced price of £5.
We hope that the reduced price will invite many more people to try yoga or continue with their practice. After a long week, this 45 minutes class is a recharging and affordable “me time” option before you head into the weekend.
Friday Fiver Yoga will start on 6th September at 17:30 with Rachel Allan leading the class. Available for booking now.
Anytime and off-peak class pass holders can use their current passes or purchase a Friday Fiver drop-in if more convenient.
Advanced online booking is essential, as space is limited.
