Learn and practice some of the classical poses in detail – trying out different techniques to open and strengthen the body while focusing and quieting the mind.
In this session you will be guided to build awareness and connection with your body and breath, discovering where you are holding onto tension (physical and mental) and how to let it go.
Lisa Maclean is an experienced teacher who has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. She completed her first teacher training in 2009 and since then has trained in various styles of yoga with respected yogis across the world – in Nepal, South Korea, and the UK. She has been granted 200 hour qualifications to teach Bihar yoga, Raja yoga, Seasonal yoga, and most recently she obtained her Introductory level 2 Iyengar yoga qualification.
Lisa is passionate about keeping her teachings authentic and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or ability. Beginners are welcome.
