New Morning Class

Morning Yoga

Good news for the Glasgow early birds out there. We will be offering a Morning Yoga class from Thursday 19th September at 7:30am.

This 45 minutes class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. You will move and energise your body…stretching, relaxing and breathing mindfully, so you can start the day with a positive mindset.

Sara Laurel will lead the class. Sara is a qualified yoga teacher and also a therapist working at Acusports Clinic Glasgow, a sports injury clinic where she supports people on keeping active and healthy both physically and mentally.

Her classes are a blend of different styles of yoga making them a dynamic but mindful flow. Sara creates a safe and calm space where students can feel supported and included.
