Restore your balance by gifting yourself (or even someone you love!) 90 minutes of uplifting yoga with cheerful Rachel Allan at cosy Hope Studio. Fill your cup first and celebrate your body, ease off your mind and clear the way for the newness of the year ahead.

This is a relaxed session designed to help you feel ready to embrace the festivities in a stress-free way. This session will start with opening meditation and breathwork for calmness, easy self-massage techniques, a warming and simple movement sequence that will build in energy from restorative to slow flow vinyasa, and guided relaxation to end in savasana bliss in a candlelight ambiance.

Bring home with you self-care rituals inspiration that you can easily personalise and recreate whenever you need a boost or a cool off during this busy time.
