Sore, stressed or struggling to sleep? Then come join us for 2 hours of Yin Yoga on Friday, 23rd August, at 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm to herald in the weekend!

You’ll be in the careful hands and guidance of Imran Hashmat Yoga a 600 hour trained teacher, who is seriously passionate about Yin whereby you will discover the full power of this passive practice, no matter your previous experience or mobility.

His lean speech will help you to submerge into your practice, stillness and calm culminating in you stimulating and releasing your underlying bodily and mental tensions leaving you feeling utterly relaxed and moving smoother, healthier and pain-free.
