The 1:1 session is ideal if you prefer individual attention for particular needs, or don’t feel confident joining a group class setting. These yoga therapy sessions are tailored to your needs and are a great tool to help manage stress, relieve tension and experience the benefits of yoga in a safe and supported space.

The Hope team of teachers offer various styles of teaching and qualifications. They are experienced and knowledgeable to help you in your journey towards restored wellbeing.

Our yoga room is fully equipped with props to help you be as comfortable and supported as possible during your practice. Relax and reconnect with yourself in our calm and serene space.
