Sara’s journey started back in 2003 when she went to a Yoga studio for the first time. Over the years, she has developed her physical Yoga practice and her interest for mindfulness and meditation by learning from teachers in her home town (Barcelona) and in the UK, where she has lived since 2012.
After years of an established yoga practice, including a variety of styles such as Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Kundalini & Flow, Sara obtained her yoga teacher qualification.
Sara is also a therapist working at Acusports, a sports injury clinic where she supports people on keeping active and healthy physically and mentally.
She has great interest in helping people deal with anxiety & stress by creating a safe space where students feel supported. Her classes are a blend of different styles making them a dynamic flow, keeping mindfulness present in every class.
