Emma Moore

“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished” ― Lao Tzu

Yoga came into Emma’s life in her late teens, initially as a way to connect to her body after dancing from a young age and then teaching dance from the age of 16.

In her 20’s she began a more dedicated practice whilst living in Australia and working on a banana farm to unwind and stretch after the physical work. She completed her 200 hour training in vinyasa yoga in 2021 after the profound impact practising yoga had on her mental health and realising the passion she had for learning about the mythology and philosophy of yoga.

This discovery of yoga beyond the physical poses led her to sharing the power it has on both the body and mind with others. She believes in sharing yoga in an inclusive way, to all genders and body types. Her classes combine grounding breathwork with playful flows and always end with nourishing restful poses.

Join Emma on Thursdays for Slow Flow and Vinyasa Flow.
