Lisa Maclean

Lisa’s passion for yoga was sparked when she first stepped foot on a mat back in 2001.

She completed her first teacher training in 2009 and since then she has trained in various styles of yoga with respected yogis across the world – in Nepal, South Korea, and the UK. She has been granted 200 hours qualifications in Bihar yoga, Raja yoga, Seasonal yoga, and she is currently undergoing further training in Iyengar yoga.

She is passionate about keeping her teachings authentic and accessible to everyone, and firmly believe that every single person can benefit from having a yoga practice.
