Rachel walked in to her first yoga class and never looked back. She found it good for her body, mind and life.

Discovering the steadily paced Yin Yoga style was amazing for her after keeping a consistent and hot Bikram practice. She loves the compliment of calmness and stillness that Yin brings to our busy lives. She believes that the strength and mobility that can be nurtured in this more passive way of practices teaches us the power of peaceful energy. Rachel aims to bring positivity to her teaching and an appreciation of our┬ádiversity. Her motto is “your body, your yoga!”
