4 Week Beginners Yoga Course

The perfect platform for absolute beginners

If you’re completely new to yoga or are looking to brush up on your yoga basics then this is the class for you.

Heather will take you through 4 classes, to be taken consecutively, each tailored to be attended in a progressive order exploring the foundations of the practice of yoga.

Heather creates a fun, warm and encouraging environment, allowing students to explore something new, helping to build strength, flexibility and confidence.

Covering all basics and fundamentals for some of the most recognisable standing postures, balances, twists and backbends. Exploring Breathing techniques (pranayama), mindfulness practices that can be used on and off the mat, relaxation and an introduction to sun salutations.

Heather will focus on safe alignment, adapting the postures and offering variations to cater to every-BODY. Allowing you to build your yoga practice for your individual needs and enjoying the strength both physically and mentally that yoga can provide.

Week 1 – Saturday 27th Oct – 10.30am – 11.30am – Exploring the breath

Week 2 – Saturday 3rd Nov – 10.30am – 11.30am – Standing postures and Balances

Break – Saturday 10th Nov

Week 3 – Saturday – 17th Nov – 10.30am – 11.30am – Twists and backbends

Week 4 – Saturday – 24th Nov – 10.30am – 11.30am – Introduction to Sun Salutations
