Community Beginners Yoga

This is an affordable yoga class available to the community to come to the studio and try a yoga class or have a regular practice with an accessible price.
This class is designed for beginners or people looking to release stress from the body and mind. Focus on alignment and foundations of Yoga for a safe practice and connection to the body and emphasis on deep conscious breathing to relax the mind.
