Introduction to Seasonal Yoga

4 week course beginning on Monday 17 July 5.30pm

Did you ever wonder what seasonal yoga is about? Here is your chance to find it out. This course will give you an overview of the Seasonal Yoga system and will focus on the current season: Summer.

We will cover all seasons and their energy aspects, the Meridians (energy lines) and organs corresponding to each season, seasonal living tips, and seasonal Asanas. The first session will give you an overview of the seasonal system, we will then focus on summer season in the remaining weeks.

Course starts on Monday 17 July at 5.30pm. This course is ideal to all levels and to anyone interested in learning about seasonal yoga and seasonal living.

A regular practice of Seasonal Yoga improves your physical strength and flexibility and helps you to find balance and harmony in your life. Living in sync with the energy of the seasons helps to reduce the stress and anxieties of modern life.

Cost is only £25 for 4 weeks. Limited places. Please book in advance (see below)

Camila is a certified teacher from the Seasonal Yoga Academy and has been training with Julie Hanson and Sue Wood, the creators of Seasonal Yoga concept.
