Late Summer Flow & Yoga Nidra Special

A special evening to find harmony with the energy of the season. Late summer is a natural slowing time, a great opportunity to nourish and care for ourselves.
Camila will guide you through a slow flow that includes pranayama, asanas, chi gung, meditation and end with a special late summer Yoga Nidra. All this in a lovely, cosy and safe environment.
You will leave this session feeling light, relaxed, centered, balanced and ready for the weekend and the challenges of life.

Tea and healthy snacks will be served at the end of the session.
