Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness

This is a first session for those who want to increase their awareness and mindfulness practice. Whether you are beginner or advanced, you are very welcome.
This is the beginning of 8 weekly sessions of meditation and mindfulness classes that explore how to use mindfulness as part of your daily life, and improve the quality of your practice. The programme is designed as a drop in or continuous practice, so you can choose to just come to the sessions that interest you or you can come to the whole series.
If you are a yoga teacher this is a useful class for you to attend to improve your own focus and ability to focus your students for silent sitting practice.
£10 for session (£7.50 for concessions/ Free for people with full hope Studio membership)
