Nāda Flow & Kirtan with Dan Gronan & Special Guest Alan Flores
Nāda – The Sanskrit word for “sound” or “tone.” Many yogis believe that nada is the hidden energy that connects the inner with the outer cosmos. Nada yoga, or nada philosophy, is based on the premise that the entire universe consists of sound vibrations called nadas. The words, nada yoga, can be translated to mean “union through sound.” This ancient Indian system follows a science of inner transformation through sound.
Nāda Flow – Yogasana practiced in the traditional vinyasa style synchronising breath with movement, incorporating sound vibrations both within & without for a deep, meditative, heart opening experience.
Kirtan – Awakening the natural joy of the heart through collective calling of Sanskrit Mantras we co-create & follow the waves of sound together gradually letting go into oneness.
