Peace & Quiet Yoga Night

FRIDAY – 26th October | 6:45pm – 8:30pm | £20

In this cosy and relaxing evening, we surrender ourselves to the present moment, breathing deeply, moving slowly and restoring and rejuvenating from the inside out. The yoga flow is gentle and accessible to everybody.

Pranayama technique is performed to calm and center the mind before meditation. This 1h45min session ends with a long deep relaxation – Yoga Nidra – to bring ourselves to a complete sense of balance and harmony.

Homemade healthy-sh snacks and tea are served after the event. A mindful evening to look after your body and mind and socialize with nice and peaceful people.
