Recharge your batteries and let all your stress and tension melt away with Restorative Yoga and Pranayama workshop with Lisa Maclean.

In restorative yoga practice, lots of props are used to support you in comfortable positions (asanas) so that you can soften and release the body. Once you are settled in a pose, you hold it for around 5 minutes -allowing the body to open passively, creating space for a deep relaxation of both the body and mind.

At the end of this restorative sequence, the group will practice some basic pranayama exercises. These breathing exercises expand our life force energy (prana) and soothe the nervous system. As we internalise our focus to the breath, the mind becomes quiet and the body releases deeply.

You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and re-energised for the start of a brand new year!
