Give yourself some time and space to find peace and stillness in this Winter yoga seasonal special.

Winter is considered the yin time of the year. As the days draw in, we too like nature can take time to focus our energy inwards, allowing for rest and rejuvenation.

Beginning with calming pranayama (breathing exercises), we will move through a slow seasonal yoga flow, before settling into a grounding yin yoga practice, working deep into the body to release stresses and calm the mind.

We will finish with a lovely guided Yoga Nidra relaxation, followed by tea and seasonal treats.
