Yin Yoga for Late Summer

This seasonally-inspired Yin Yoga evening offers space for you to re-centre the body and mind, in a grounding and supportive practice, attuned the energy of the season.

Late Summer is an important transitional season, recognised in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a time to balance and stabilise energy. It brings with it a peaceful slowing down after the high energy of the Summer, and a softening in preparation of the cooler stillness of Autumn and Winter.

We will work slowly in long-held poses, allowing for the cultivation of patience and acceptance through the release of body and mind stresses.

The evening will end with a relaxing, seasonally-inspired Yoga Nidra, followed by tea and seasonal treats.
