Join Daniel as he offers practical ways in which we can bring Yoga into our busy daily lives.
In this workshop he will explore some of the daily essentials for self practice, combining fundamental openings
to unwind the body, and breath work to soothe the nervous system, focus the mind and re-establish
balance throughout the day.
The group will also discuss obstacles to practicing as well as the importance of building habits that support it – especially when pushed for time.
This workshop is intended to guide you
towards a deeper relationship with your Yoga practice as a support for your daily life enabling you to cope
with whatever life throws at you!
