Yoga Improvers 4-week block

Heather’s Yoga Improvers class is designed to follow on from her beginners 4-week block, but it is also suitable for anyone who is familiar with basic yoga postures and has some previous yoga experience.
Heather creates a fun and encouraging environment, allowing you to explore postures and variations that suit your individual needs.
She will continue to work on safe alignment and modifications for all the postures and sequences covered in the previous block, whilst introducing new postures and variations. This will include basic inversions and arm balances whilst continuing to explore sun salutations. She will also revisit basic breathing and relaxation techniques.
The practice will build each week, allowing you to grow in confidence and help build strength and improve flexibility.
This class is slow paced with postures carefully explained, focusing on alignment. This class is available to all practitioners, regardless of experience, although we do recommend the 4-week beginners block if you’re completely new to yoga.
