Seasonal Yoga is a style of dynamic Yoga practice that involves the Seasons and Elements from the Traditional Chinese Medicine system. It is a holistic practice that works on the physical level and also in the more subtle levels of energy. Each season is connected to an element and each element is connected to a pair of organs. These organs have meridian lines (energy paths) in the body that can be activated through yoga poses, allowing us to align with the changing energies of nature. Sense of balance and connection is achieved with regular Seasonal Yoga practice. This class is suitable to all levels.
